Food provides us with the basic building blocks for all our cells, and what our children eat affects every aspect of them - be that their mood & mental health, their gut or their skin. As a Nutritionist, I’m passionate about supporting parents to make empowered choices for their children when it comes to food & nutrition. As a parent, I have a good understanding of why that’s not always easy!
